How to order
- Product Selection
On the product detail page, select the product and quantity you want and click the "Add to Cart" button. The product will be added to your shopping cart.

- How to move to the cart screen
Once you have added the product to your cart, there will be a button with the same mark as below in the upper right corner of the screen. Click on that button to go to the cart screen.

- Checkout
Once all items have been added to your cart, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button to proceed.

- Register as a new member (purchase without registering is also possible)
If you are purchasing for the first time, we recommend that you register as a new member. You can easily register using your email address or Google account, but you can also purchase without registering as a member. If you use Google Login, simply click the Google Login button to complete your membership registration.

Payment Method
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Credit cards : Visa, Mastercard, American Express , JCB
- Smartphone payments : PayPay, au PAY, Rakuten Pay
- Electronic payments : Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paidy (postpaid), Pay-easy

Convenience store payment : Family Mart, Lawson, 7-Eleven, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki (*After checking out, you will receive an email from KOMOJU (@komoju.com) with payment instructions. If you can't find the email, please check your spam folder. A convenience store transaction fee of 220 yen will be charged.)
We accept convenience store payments via KOMOJU. Payments are easy and safe, and can be made at major convenience stores nationwide.

Credit card security
Shopify's payment system
- Our shop uses the EC platform "Shopify", and your credit card information is processed through Shopify's secure payment system. Shopify is a company headquartered in Canada and is a highly reliable platform used by over 1 million stores around the world. Our shop does not store any of your credit card information. This ensures that your information is managed safely during payment.
PCI DSS Compliance
- Our shop uses the EC platform "Shopify" and strictly manages customer personal information. Shopify complies with international standards on data protection and prevents customer information from being used improperly.
SSL encrypted communication
- This site uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology for all data transmission, and your payment information is also securely protected.
Returns and Refunds
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, but in the unlikely event that a product is faulty or you would like to return it, please follow the steps below.
In case of loss or damage of the product
If the item is obviously missing or damaged, no return is necessary and we will process a refund.
There is no return procedure required. Simply contact us via email ( info@luxechar.com ) or our contact form with a photo of the product and we will assist you.
If no damage or loss is found
If the item is not found to be defective or damaged, you will need to submit a return request and we will process your refund after the item is returned.

Refund Method
Depending on your payment method, refunds will be made as follows:
1. When paying by credit card
- Once your refund has been processed, it will usually be reflected on your card within 5-10 business days .
- *There may be a record of "refund after billing" on your card statement.
2. When paying with smartphone payment
Refunds made via mobile payments will be reflected in your in-app balance immediately or within a few days.
*The timing of the refund being reflected depends on the processing status of the payment service, and may take up to one week.
3. When paying by convenience store transfer
- If you would like to make a bank transfer refund, please provide us with your bank account details. Once verified, we will usually complete the refund within 5-7 business days .
About refunds
If the refund is not reflected within the above period after the refund process is completed, we recommend that you contact your payment service provider (card company, bank) directly.
Return Instructions
If a return is required
If the item is not found to be defective or damaged, we will approve your return request and provide you with a return address to return the item to, after which your refund will be processed.
Shipping fees for returns
We will cover the shipping costs incurred when returning the item.
Conditions for non-returnable items <br>Please note that we cannot accept returns if the following conditions are met.
- The product tag has been removed
- There are signs of use
- If you do not contact us within 30 days of receiving the product
- Those who have returned products multiple times
