1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Credit cards : Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express
- Smartphone payments : PayPay, au PAY
- Electronic payments : Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paidy (postpaid), Pay-easy

Convenience store payment : Family Mart, Lawson, 7-Eleven, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki (*A handling fee of 220 yen will be charged)
We accept convenience store payments via KOMOJU. Payments are simple and safe, and can be made at major convenience stores nationwide.

Credit card security
Shopify's payment system
- Our shop uses the EC platform "Shopify", and your credit card information is processed through Shopify's secure payment system. Shopify is a company headquartered in Canada and is a highly reliable platform used by over 1 million stores around the world. Our shop does not store any of your credit card information. This ensures that your information is managed safely during payment.
PCI DSS Compliance
- Our shop uses the EC platform "Shopify" and strictly manages customer personal information. Shopify complies with international standards on data protection and prevents unauthorized use of customer information.
SSL encrypted communication
- This site uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology for all data transmission, and your payment information is also securely protected.
2. How much is the shipping fee?
- We offer free shipping on all products.
3. Manufacturing, delivery and shipping
- Our products are ordered from overseas suppliers after we receive your order. Therefore, it takes a little longer to deliver your order than ready-made products that can be shipped immediately.

- It usually takes about 7 to 21 days, with the average arrival time being about 14 days.
5. Do I need to pay customs duties?
- If the total amount of the items is less than 16,666 yen, no customs duties will be charged, so there will be no additional costs. The only thing you pay is the price of the items. You can shop with peace of mind, just like online shopping on Amazon, Rakuten, etc.
About customs duties
Tariffs are taxes imposed by the government when goods are imported into Japan from overseas.
Conditions for customs duties to be incurred
When importing goods into Japan, if the price of the goods exceeds 16,666 yen, customs duties may be incurred. However, this does not necessarily mean that customs duties will be incurred. In reality, a large amount of goods are imported into Japan, and customs does not check all goods in detail. Customs conducts "random checks" and "spot checks," and only a portion of the goods are subject to inspection. Therefore, even if the price exceeds 16,666 yen, there are many cases where customs overlooks the goods, and customs duties may not be incurred.
If customs duties are incurred, you will be responsible for paying them. When the product arrives in Japan, you will be responsible for paying the tax through the delivery company when you receive the package. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase items under 16,666 yen so that customs duties are not incurred.
Returns and Refunds
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, but in the unlikely event that a product is faulty or you would like to return it, please follow the steps below.
In case of loss or damage of the product
If the item is obviously missing or damaged, no return is necessary and we will process a refund.
There is no need to go through the return process; simply send us a photo of the product by email ( luxecharteam @gmail .com ) or contact us via our contact form and we will assist you.
If no damage or loss is found
If the item is not found to be defective or damaged, you will need to submit a return request and we will process your refund after the item is returned.

Refund Method
Depending on your payment method, refunds will be made as follows:
1. When paying by credit card
Once your refund has been processed, it will usually be reflected on your card within 5-10 business days .
*There may be a record of "refund after billing" on your card statement.
2. If you paid with mobile payment <br>Refunds made with mobile payment will be reflected in your app balance immediately or within a few days.
*The timing of the refund being reflected depends on the processing status of the payment service, and may take up to several days.
3.Payment by convenience store transfer
If you would like to make a bank transfer refund, please provide us with your bank account details. Once verified, your refund will usually be processed within 5-7 business days .
Important Notice
- Regarding refund reflection : If the refund is not reflected within the above period after the refund process is completed, we recommend that you contact your payment service provider (card company, PayPay, bank) directly.
Return Instructions
If a return is required
If the item is not found to be defective or damaged, we will approve your return request and provide you with a return address to return the item to, after which your refund will be processed.
Shipping fees for returns
Please note that shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.
Conditions for non-returnable items
Please note that we cannot accept returns if the following conditions apply:
- The product tag has been removed
- There are signs of use
- If you do not contact us within 30 days of receiving the product
