FAQ before purchase

• Our products are ordered from overseas suppliers after we receive your order. Therefore, it may take some time for delivery. When it comes to shipping, we do our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you.
• When it comes to packaging, we make protecting the product our number one priority, and we use appropriate protective materials to prevent damage and strive to deliver the product safely. Our packaging prioritizes practicality over appearance. In addition, the product may be opened at customs, but in that case, Japanese customs officials will responsibly repackage the product and strive to protect it, so please rest assured.

• It usually takes about 7 to 21 days, with the average arrival time being about 14 days.

3. Customs duties

• Our products are imported from overseas, so unlike domestic online shopping sites such as Amazon and Rakuten , customs duties will be incurred if the total amount of your purchases is over 16,666 yen .
• If the total amount of the items is less than 16,666 yen , no customs duties will be charged and no additional costs will be incurred. The only thing you will have to pay is the price of the items .
• Please note that if the total amount of your items is over 16,666 yen , you will be required to pay customs duty when you receive the items.
