1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards : Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB
  • Smartphone payment : PayPay
  • Electronic payments : Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Convenience store payment : Family Mart, Lawson, 7-Eleven, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki (*A handling fee of 190 yen will be charged)
    We accept convenience store payments via KOMOJU. Payments are simple and safe, and can be made at major convenience stores nationwide.

2. How much is the shipping fee?
  • We offer free shipping on all products.

3. Manufacturing and Shipping

  • Our products begin production once we receive an order from a customer. Therefore, it takes a little longer to deliver them than ready-made products that can be shipped immediately, but we carefully finish each item before delivering it to you.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the product and may also vary depending on the season.
  • We manufacture our products by printing designs onto existing base products. We also prioritize manufacturing in factories in Japan as much as possible, but there may be cases where there is a shortage of stock in factories in Japan, or some products may be manufactured in factories overseas. In addition, if the total amount of products manufactured in overseas factories is 16,666 yen or more, customs duties may be incurred in rare cases when you receive the products. Thank you for your understanding.
4. How long does it take to ship my item?
  • Delivery times vary depending on the product, so please see each product page for details. Most products are manufactured in factories in Japan, so they can usually be delivered within one week, but if they are manufactured in factories overseas, it may take about two weeks. We appreciate your understanding.

5. How can I make a return?
We aim to ensure your satisfaction, but if you find that your product is faulty or you would like to return it, you can do so by following the steps below:

To request a return, please contact our customer support (luxecharteam@gmail.com) within 30 days of receiving the item.

Letting us know the reason for your return will expedite the process. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Return the item: Please return the item to the specified return address. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return.

Once the item arrives at the return address, we will check its condition. If there are no problems, we will process the return. Once the return is confirmed, we will process the refund. The refund will be made according to your payment method, so please check within a few days.

Important Note: Conditions for non-returns: We may not be able to accept returns if the item has been used or the tags have been removed. Please note that you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
