1. I haven't received the email.
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an email notifying you that your purchase has been completed.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you still do not receive the email, there may be an error in your email address.
*Even if the email address is incorrect, we will still deliver the product if the address is correct. However, please note that you will not be able to track the delivery status.
