1. I haven't received a shipping notification .

You will receive a shipping notification within 1 to 10 days after placing your order.
On average, we will send you a shipping notification within 4 days. The shipping notification will be sent to you some time after the product is shipped, when tracking is possible.

On the delivery status page You can check this by entering your tracking number or order number and your email address .

2. The product has not arrived.

Most of our products are shipped from overseas, so it takes time for them to arrive. Also, during busy periods and peak times, customs inspections can take longer, which can cause delivery delays.

If there are no problems with your address, but the product does not arrive due to delivery issues, we will refund the full amount, so please do not worry.

3. Changing the delivery address after purchase

If you have entered an incorrect address when placing your order, please contact us . You may be able to change the address before delivery.
