Post-purchase FAQ

1. I haven't received the shipping email.

The shipping email will arrive within 2 to 10 days after your order.
On average, we send out shipping emails within 4 days .

Why does it take so long to ship?

  • Once you place your order, we will process it within 24 hours.
  • After the products arrive at the warehouse, they are inspected, packaged, and then shipped within Japan.

If you are unsure, you can check by entering your order number in the order tracking page .

If you see the message "We're preparing your order. It will arrive soon," it means that your order is either being ordered, inspected, or prepared for shipment.

If it says "The delivery company is delivering your package," then your package is on its way.

2. It says I've arrived at my destination but I never do.

The tracking information may show "Arrived at destination", but due to translation reasons, this only means that the item has arrived within Japan.

3. Regarding tracking of deliveries after arrival in Japan

Once the product arrives in Japan, you can check the delivery status by entering the tracking number into the Japan Post tracking service. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.
